We understand that there are concerns being shared regarding the cancellation of the Mother’s Day Market, and we want to take a moment to address this clearly.
The event was officially canceled on April 7th after we explored possible options to still make it happen following unexpected circumstances. Once cancellation was finalized, all confirmed vendors were notified directly, and refunds began being processed.
Some vendors have already been refunded, and the remaining refunds are actively being completed. With a large number of vendors involved, this process is being handled in batches and is taking a bit of time, but it is being worked through and not being ignored.
There has been a significant amount of misinformation shared publicly. We will not be addressing individual vendor situations in comment threads out of respect for privacy and accuracy.
If you are a confirmed vendor and have questions about your specific refund, please contact us directly so we can assist you. That is the fastest and most appropriate way to get accurate information regarding your situation.
We are continuing to handle this responsibly and appreciate the patience of those who have allowed us the time to do so.
