If you noticed you're no longer in the Lap*er Co. Social Club GROUP, it may be because:
- You haven't signed up for an event with us (we just changed the group rules so that you MUST have signed up for or hosted an event to be in the club group)
- Your name wasn't in our email because:
- - Your friend signed you up and didn't give your info.
- - Your facebook name doesn't match the name you signed up with.

If you believe you were removed in error, simply send us a message or ask to join and fill out the questions!

We WANT you to be in the group! But because so many joined and then never participated, it was no longer feeling like a fun, tight-knit group of women...just another group, filled with people you've never met.

Meet Bridgette, one of our Sponsoring Co-Hosts of the Lap*er Co. Social Club. She's the owner of Black Lotus Women's Wellness, offering massage, energy work, and other options for health and wellness, right downtown Lap*er. (Though it says "womens wellness," men are welcomed with the referral of a client or friend.)

Meet Koleen of Awaken Pelvic Therapy! Koleen is one of our sponsoring co-hosts of the Lap*er Co. Social Club. Her office in the Old Post Office building, downtown Lap*er is incredibly comfortable and Koleen and her staff make you feel so welcome and heard. She really takes the time to get to know you and your body's issues, making sure to ask the tough questions, find the trouble spots, and addresses them, helping your body, and specifically your pelvic floor to function properly. It's not normal to p*e your pants. S*x shouldn't hurt. And pooping shouldn't be difficult. ;)

We knew it would happen! Our Cardio Drumming event at Drummer Girls has sold out. Don't worry though, jump on the waitlist because there's always a chance that someone can't make it!
