Cub Scouts Pack 156 of Lacey did a litter cleanup last night for our charter organization, Murray Grove Retreat Center. The scouts had a great time exploring the woods while cleaning up at the same time. You would have thought they found treasure when they pulled out the refrigerator 😆!

In February, we celebrated our 5th-grade Arrow of Light scouts at our Blue and Gold Banquet as they took their final steps with Pack 156 and crossed the bridge into Scouts BSA with Troop 56.
These Scouts have worked hard and had fun while doing it.

A huge thank-you to Bricks and Minifigs Manahawkin for hosting our Tigers and Bears dens. They used creativity to build Lego Derby cars that were raced on a track, they used teamwork to build a bridge that was tested with weights, they got a tour of the store to learn how a business works. They all got to take home a Lego monster truck of their own. It was a special night and the kids had such a great time!

Today was a day to honor our fallen veterans in a ceremony, Wreathes Across America, "...ensuring no veteran is forgotten and connecting communities through shared acts of remembrance and gratitude". Several members of Pack 156 AOLs attended the ceremony at Good Luck Cemetery, here in Lanoka Harbor 🪖✨️
