Merry Christmas to Everyone, we are delivering our last package today for the year. We could have not done this huge task without the wonderful volunteers, many sponsors and the monetary donations. Once again, we live in a great community, and we have supported our youth in time of need.

We will take a short break, and we will be back at doing our inventory and restocking our shelves. If your child receives a duplicate gift or a unwanted gift, we accept donations all year long. They can be dropped off at the Long and Foster Office on Kent Island or the Sheriff's Department in Centreville.

We wish everyone Happy Holidays!

Update as of December 18th, 2025: The families are adjusting and back to work and school. The are truly grateful for all the community support and are looking forward to getting their lives back to normal. They have lost everything, but still smiling and thankful no one was injured in the fire. It looks like right now; they have more clothes to go through from the drop off today. The gift cards and monetary donations have been very helpful in purchasing items needed like bunk beds, other household items and the food donations have been wonderful as well. They just want me to let everyone know, they are thankful and overwhelmed with the support received. Once again, I personally want to thank everyone that has supported the families in our community. Seeing the families appreciate and grateful makes my heart full and we did this together as a community.

UPDATE as of Saturday, December 13th at 5pm. The families are adjusting and going through all the items donated. Once again at this time we are not accepting any further clothes donations. They have very limited space and have received items that we picked back up today, that are not their sizes and cannot use. This is slowing down the process, of getting them settled. The new bunkbeds have been delivered, and new bedding. They will have a task ahead of them this weekend to put them all together. They are extremely thankful and love all the support. The little ones are very happy that a Christmas tree was delivered with decorations, today as well. The QAC Christmas Angels will be providing their Christmas toys and additional items closer to Christmas, as they have no storage space. Once again, thank you to everyone that as donated clothes, mattresses, and the family that donated the heavy clothes for the dads, so they can get back to work in the winter conditions. Everyone supports means a lot to the families.

Update as of Wednesday, December 10th at 3pm. The families are very appreciative of the donations. They are asking for some time to go through items and to stop donations at this point. I will make sure to keep the community posted, if you can help further. They need to get the children back to school and for them to get back to work. They have no storage and don't want to accept items they cannot use or have room for. You can make monetary donations to QAC Christmas Angels, that can be used once everything is worked out.

UPDATE!!! The families are very thankful for everyone's help. They are still in need of twin beds. At this time, they are going through the clothes they have received and will update shortly on items still need. I do know the men are working outside and could use heavy and warm clothing. When I met with the families this evening, the children are all smiles and very thankful. The QAC Christmas Angels provided, bedding, blankets, coats, hats, mittens and hygiene and a few toys. We still need to provide the basics like socks, underwear, bras, and shoes. Our next mission is to get them Christmas; the little girl wanted me to make sure Santa knows where they are. They do not have storage or room for a lot of items. We are accepting Venmo and gift cards for them via QAC Christmas Angels. The QAC Christmas Angels will provide toys from our workshop that were provided by donations. We thank everyone in the community, for once again making a difference!
