Beside Still Waters: Comfort in Grief

God continues to use Beside Still Waters - Comfort in Grief to bring comfort, rest, and hope to families walking through grief.

So far, we have been privileged to provide 35 families with restorative weekends away, host mothers’ groups and men’s breakfasts, offer special gatherings, provide care baskets and resources, and help sponsor counseling when additional support was needed.

Now, we are taking an important step toward establishing a permanent retreat property near Mifflinburg—a peaceful 21-acre setting where grieving families can step away, breathe, and experience the comfort of God and the care of others.

We are nearing the halfway point of our $560,000 fundraising goal, and a matching-gift opportunity is currently available. Settlement on the property is scheduled for December 21, 2026.

We’re officially launching Beside Still Waters: Comfort in Grief!

After years of walking alongside families facing profound loss, Keturah has turned a dream into a ministry.

Beside Still Waters: Comfort in Grief is a nonprofit ministry created to offer rest, comfort, and hope to families experiencing deep grief.

We’re pursuing a big vision:

* A peaceful retreat property in Mifflinburg, PA
* Future: beautiful cabins and spaces designed for healing
* Supportive gatherings for grieving parents
* A community of people who understand and care
