It is in helping the less fortunate that we truly find joy and the real meaning of living. HOPE Ministries and Community Services is a 501 © 3 organization serving the needs of individuals suffering from drug and alcohol addiction, homelessness, transportation and translation services. It also provides individual and family faith-based counseling, community outreach and social services connection.
According to city data, the southwest is facing enormous quality of life challenges. HOPE was established as a bilingual, bicultural organization to help in addressing those challenges. HOPE’s Recovery with Hope Weekly Support Group has more than 30 participants. I and the group of volunteers cannot walk away from the affliction and pain of others. We can’t turn our face the other way when we see suffering and despair. This Army of Hope – men and women – volunteer their time to give of themselves in our efforts to protect the dignity and respect every human being is entitled for. With our limited resources, we are transforming lives in an area hit hard by the hardships of the world. Our commitment continues to be what HOPE stands for – Helping Others Prosper Eternally. It serves the community through different programs and services aiming to achieve successful prevention, recovery and transitional goals for a healthy mind, body and spirit. I invite you to take a walk with me in the areas that we serve. You will experience and see what poverty, depression, affliction, despair, homelessness, addiction really is. The need for quality and outcome-oriented programs and services is increasing and in high demand to improve social conditions for all. Your donation will have a direct impact in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. Please consider HOPE as an investment in our community. Should you have any questions or need further information about HOPE and our service, do not hesitate in contacting us at your earliest convenience. In gratitude,
