Trio Chimera, First Prize winner of the 2023 Lancaster International Piano Festival Chamber Music Competition, dazzled the audience at the Trust Performing Arts Center this evening, March 20, 2026.

Their refined touch (especially those quiet moments), beautifully blended tone, and expressive phring carried through the entire program, creating an atmosphere of both intimacy and brilliance. Every phrase felt thoughtfully shaped, and their remarkable control of soft dynamics was especially captivating.

Bravo to an outstanding performance!

The encore piece “Cafe Music” by Paul Schoenfield was also exceptional.
