There are the young, the old, the fast, the slow, those who are brand new to the club and those who have been around for 20+ years! WE ARE NOT ELITIST...
Our focus is on enjoying each other's company and having a good time. Getting in good shape is an added bonus! Running is what brings us together. You'll love our people!

🏃‍♀️🏃🌹Considering running Red Rose this year? LRRC has a shakeout run planned for Wednesday June 3rd at 6:30pm starting at Binn’s Park! Runners of all abilities are welcome, route details are on the club’s Strava page.

Also sign up for Red Rose if you haven’t yet! They’re going all out for the race’s 50th anniversary, hope to see you all there!

P.S. there may be a certain mayoral guest attending the shakeout, don’t miss it!
