The data is clear: The need for safety is everywhere, but access to resources is not.

Native survivors deserve more than recognition of the violence they experience. They deserve meaningful access to safety, healing, and support rooted in their communities.

That's why we advocate for stronger Tribal sovereignty, sustained investment in Native-led services, and solutions shaped by the communities they serve.

Data tells us what’s happening. Stories tell us what it means.

Together, they help us better understand the realities Native survivors and communities face—and strengthen the solutions rooted in their experiences. Good information doesn’t just document violence. It can help Tribal Nations and advocates create safer responses for Native women and communities.

Safety is built together. 💜

Creating safety for Native women and communities is a shared responsibility. It means listening to survivors, examining how we show up for one another, and strengthening community-driven solutions rooted in culture, connection, and sovereignty.

Today and every day, we stand and strengthen our collective commitment to safety and sovereignty.

“Native women in leadership roles exist everywhere.” 💜

Throughout , we’re asking: What does it take to create safety for Native women and communities?

For generations, Native women have held vital roles as leaders, advocates, knowledge keepers, and relatives. Creating safety means strengthening the conditions where Native women and communities can thrive—and recognizing the inherent authority of Tribal Nations to shape solutions for their people.

To survivors: we see you, we honor you, and we stand with you.
