Starting Wednesday, June 3rd, we’re opening a new cycle of our Anger Management group, designed for anyone who wants healthier tools, calmer reactions, and more control over their emotional world. This isn’t about shame or judgment. It’s about building skills, strengthening self-awareness, and creating space to practice new responses in a supportive, recovery‑minded community.
