Hi all, Kathy Nicholls here. I’m excited to announce our first ever, and hopefully annual, Hearts of Giving event! What is it?

A holiday shopping event for the kiddos! It will be held every Friday and Saturday starting on November 20 through December 12. You will need to schedule shopping appointments for them just like you do when you shop. We will have volunteer holiday elves to help them shop, then their gifts will be wrapped. The time will end with a visit with Santa and include a professional picture with Santa, which will be sent to you totally free.

We already have some great sponsors for this event and are looking for more. We will also need volunteer holiday elves to help kids shop, wrap gifts, and help Santa. Watch for the post about volunteering and sign up to help!

We’re planning a fun time for both the kids and volunteers, and a time that also shows kids the value of giving to others. You can see the criteria for participating on the event page,and registration will open soon.

Make a difference in the life of a child! We need volunteers for our z hearts of Giving event. It’s going to be a fun experience and we’d love you to come out and help with it. We need about 30 volunteers each day.

Volunteer opportunities include being a shopping elf, helping kiddos shop; be a wrapping elf, wrapping the gifts kids pick, or help Santa.

And because we love our volunteers, we have some great plans for providing a light breakfast and lunch!
