We cooked up a pasta with meat sauce recipe for some of the best people in the 561. Knowing that at least one meal was secured for their day brings complete contentment and gratitude to my heart. There is something powerful about feeding people with love, intention, and dignity. Grateful for every hand that helped, every smile shared, and every opportunity God gives to serve our community one plate at a time.

Getting ready to do it again. Stay tuned for ways you can help, connect, and be part of impacting the hunger crisis in our community. Every meal, every donation, every prayer, and every helping hand matters more than you know.

Share what God has done in your life — don’t keep His goodness a secret. Your testimony could be the very thing that gives someone else hope to keep going. ❤️

I was a single mother for many years, and heavy on my heart the Lord placed the homeless. If I had a mansion, I would shelter as many as I could.

In 2012, the Lord revealed to me that food is a way to minister. Since then, I have watched Him move through miracles, provision, healing, and divine connections that only He could orchestrate.

What started as feeding people became loving people. Listening to people. Praying with people. Seeing them the way God sees them.

Never underestimate what God can do with willing hands, a praying heart, and a meal made with love.

Ask me how 🌷💕

We all have a story. Sometimes it’s loud and miraculous, other times it’s quiet and deeply personal—but it’s powerful all the same. Take time to remember what God has done in your life, and don’t be afraid to share it. ❤️

Today, God blessed me with my first opportunity to feed a large group of people I deeply love through my food at missionary event with the fantastic Lake Worth Burrito Project. I have never felt more honored or more grateful.

This experience is such a powerful reminder of what love can come from something as simple as a kitchen—when it’s led with purpose, love, and faith. I feel inspired, energized, and ready to continue growing, serving, and stepping out even further.

I’m not rushing the journey. I trust God’s timing completely, because it allows me to truly see, feel, and appreciate each moment along the way. There is so much beauty in moving at His pace—where every step is intentional and every blessing is meaningful.

I’m excited to keep making a difference right here in the 561. 🤍

This is our new friend, Mr. Gonzalez! We had the joy of passing along a donated bicycle that was repaired and repurposed for someone in our 561 community. Along with the bike, Mr. Gonzalez also received new clothing and shoes.

We’re so grateful to everyone who continues to think of us and support this work—nothing goes to waste. Every single donation becomes an opportunity to share the love of the Lord in a real and meaningful way.

What a blessing to serve and love our community on every level.

With the cold front that moved in this past weekend, we made a decision to head out earlier than Valentine’s Day and share the warmth on our 561. We were able to serve every single piece of clothing and blankets that Sadie’s Kitchen 561 had in stock —with the exception of ONE.

God placed each and every soul in our path at just the right time — simply profound again and again how the need is just too overwhelming.

It never feels like enough. But this event was a victory—one the devil doesn’t get to claim because for some, by showing up and loving on them allowed warmth to replace despair and hope showed up right on time.

Be the change. Serve alongside us in the future.
Keep checking our page and website for new events (webpage events under construction ). 💙
