Every month, Enlightening Teen Night brings together an incredible group of young people for a healthy dinner, authentic connection, meaningful conversations, and hands-on experiences designed to build confidence, leadership, and real life skills.

This month’s theme: The Conscious Creator – Crafting Your Entrepreneurial Journey.

Whether you dream of starting a business, creating something meaningful, or simply want to discover more about your passions and purpose, this evening is designed to help you explore what’s possible. Together, we’ll dive into creativity, problem-solving, leadership, and the mindset needed to intentionally create a future you love.

She holds a Masters in Clinical Research and Women’s health from Tulane University and advanced certifications in integrative and functional
nutrition. She has over 14 years of experience leading clinical research in heart disease, cancer, and metabolic disorders, and her work has been

This past earth day was a unique moment in community where we elevated a greater intention and created a collective pause to experience the power of EARTH together. To plant our feet firmly, to take a deep breath out and to celebrate the wisdom that lies within us all✨🙏🏽🌳

It was a reminder that every choice, every conversation, every act of care is an opportunity to become better stewards of this beautiful planet we call home.

This month, our teens challenged themselves, cheered each other on, pushed beyond perceived limits, and discovered what happens when courage meets community.

Resilience isn’t just built on the climbing wall, it’s built through authentic connection, healthy challenge, and having a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

The future is bright when young people are willing to support one another, communicate openly, and step confidently into who they are becoming. 💛

Huge gratitude to Terry with for helping our teens warm up, connect to their bodies, and prepare for the climb, and to for hosting us in your space!
