“I checked with Customer Service, they're currently processing emails and refunds for multiple leagues that lacked the necessary numbers to run the Spring season. So at the moment, they're kinda swamped. But they said they are in process. Unfortunately I don't have a timeframe but you can let people know that refunds for Spring are "in progress".”
