Tonight in the Parents and Caregivers Support Group, we discussed Self Care and Emotional Regulation.

What is something that you do for self care?

Here is a tool to help with Emotional Regulation:

• Physiological sigh: Two quick inhales through the nose, then one long, slow exhale through the mouth. Repeat 2–3 times. One of the fastest ways to bring the body down.

Parents and Caregivers Support Group!

Our first meeting back will be a reintroduction to the group and sharing some of the ideas we have for future meetings and seeking input. Please feel free to invite someone who could benefit from the group!

Exciting News!!

We will be starting our Parents and Caregivers support group back up in October! We will be having two meetings each month for the rest of this year. Our goal is to pull in more leaders to head the meetings, so we can get the support group to a weekly basis, but for now, we are excited to be able to provide 6 meetings between October-December 2026.
