Affordable Housing Clearinghouse (AHC) extends our sincere appreciation to First Citizens Bank for its generous donation and long-standing partnership.

This grant helps support AHC's mission, to further strengthen its housing development, preservation, and community investment initiatives that directly address the growing challenges of housing affordability.

Support from community-minded organizations such as First Citizens Bank helps AHC provide housing counseling, financial education, homebuyer education, and community outreach programs that expand access to opportunity and promote long-term housing stability and financial security.

We are especially grateful for First Citizens Bank's engagement beyond financial support.

Affordable Housing Clearinghouse was proud to cohost the 2026 Affordable Housing Awards Breakfast at Orange Hill Restaurant with Orange County Community Housing Corporation and The Kennedy Commission.

This annual event recognizes leadership and developments that support affordable housing throughout Orange County. Congratulations to this year’s honorees, including William A. Witte, recipient of the Ralph Kennedy Award, along with the teams behind Salida del Sol, Cartwright Family Apartments, The Orion, and FX Residences. These developments represent the continued work of developers, cities, agencies, and community partners focused on expanding housing opportunities for local families, seniors, and individuals in need of supportive housing.

Affordable Housing Clearinghouse (AHC) was excited to participate in the Health and Wellness Center Faire at Santa Ana College!

Our team connected with students and community members while sharing information about AHC’s housing counseling, financial education programs, and resources available throughout the community. Community events like this at Santa Ana College help us continue our mission of supporting individuals and families with tools and education that can strengthen financial stability and prepare for future opportunities.

Thank you to the Health and Wellness Center and everyone who stopped by our table to learn more about AHC and our services. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of an empowering event!

The 2026 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD ) Income Limits are officially here!

May is Affordable Housing Month----a time to recognize that safe, stable housing is more than a necessity; it's the foundation for opportunity, health, and financial security.

At Affordable Housing Clearinghouse, we see every day how access to affordable housing changes lives. It means children can focus on school, families can build savings, and individuals can plan for a stronger future.

Yet the need continues to grow. Rising rents, limited inventory, and economic uncertainty make it harder for many households to secure stable housing.
