Holiday Open House was a huge success!!!! 263 period packs packed in less than 3 hours over drinks, snacks & laughter!!!! Huge thank you to the Shoreline/Lake Forest Park Moms for helping & hanging out!!! Super excited to get these over to The Works Shoreline. Shoutout to for running out & cleaning out in LFP when we ran out of pads!

Today’s generation of girls is disproportionately affected by global crises of climate, conflict, poverty and pushback on hard won gains for human rights and gender equality. Too many girls are still denied their rights, restricting their choices and limiting their futures.

It is time to listen to girls, to invest in proven solutions that will accelerate progress towards a future in which every girl can fulfil her potential.

Help us help FamilyWorks Family Resource Center & Food Banks, Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care & The Works by donating to our Virtual Drive going on NOW through Sunday, June 2nd! All disposable menstrual products needed! Various sizes & absorbencies of tampons, pads & panty liners. Our co-founder will be hosting a packing party with her neighbors to break down into period packs & get to these amazing organizations! We’d love to get products to The Works before school lets out for summer! We made it super simple! Link in our bio!

Thank you to everyone for donating menstruation supplies today at Safeway! And thanks to these two for making it happen! You can also donate at both Hyla campuses through Thursday.

This year is our second partnership with - a nonprofit that disrupts "period poverty" by providing free menstruation supplies throughout Seattle and beyond. We are proud to support their efforts as a local menstrual product donation collective with our own drive and volunteer work party where we'll make kits to deliver to T2P2, which they will distribute to Seattle schools, people experiencing homelessness, people with low-income, individuals with disabilities, and those in disaster and emergency situations.

WHAT'S NEEDED? We can accept individually wrapped:
*Menstrual pads (all absorbance levels)
*Tampons (all absorbance levels)
*Panty liners
*Wipes
*Hand Sanitizer

DID YOU KNOW THAT...
*46% of Americans struggle to afford pads and tampons.
*Period supplies are not covered under any government assistance programs.
*Without access to period products, people miss school and work.
*T2P2 is the #1 provider of tampons and pads to Seattle Public Schools.
