Mary Hayes, New Membership Chair for NABMW

NABMW President, Dr. Annette Tucker Osborne has appointed Mary Hayes as the Membership Chair of NABMW.

Mary is a retired Army Sergeant Major. She is a native of Kansas City Missouri and currently resides in San Antonio, Texas. Mary brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization from Military and as Federal Civilian Servant. From her career as Legal Clerk, Court Reporter, Paralegal, Instructor at Judge Advocate General’s School. Mary was a Program Analyst and Management Assistant for the Defense Information Security Agency (DISA) Fort Meade, MD, and Sergeant Major, Assistant Program Manager for the Warrior and Family Support Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX.Mary has significant experience in leadership, and management. She is very organized and has a wealth of computer knowledge.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas San Antonio, Cume Laude, Associate degree Criminal Justice from San Antonio College, Bachelor degree in Human Resources Labor Relations from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, an Associate degree in Business Management from Longview College, and an Associate degree in General Administration from Penn Valley College Join me and NABMW in welcoming Mary Hayes to NABMW Staff as NABMW Membership Chair.

Our founding fathers, with their immense wisdom and foresight, created an enduring framework for governance that has successfully resisted all attempts at division and dismantling through the years. This was made possible by necessary reforms guided by the principles of the Constitution which ensured a more equitable distribution of power among citizens.

Donald Trump is not concerned about women's rights or winning the presidency but avoiding imprisonment using lies and deceit further dividing this great nation. It is said, if a person tells you who they are BELIEVE THEM! Trump has boldly stated that he will not accept any other than his victory in the 2024 elections. If he doesn’t win he says it will be a “blood bath!” He won’t stop at the capital this time because he wants to be like Russia’s president Putin, or the North Korea dictator. He wants TOTAL ABSOLUTE POWER OF EVERY BRANCH OF OUR GOVERNMENT TO BE ABLE TO DO HIS BIDDING TO ANYONE WHO HAS TRIED TO GET IN HIS WAY! He will use the Armed Forces to take down his enemies & he believes he hasn’t done anything wrong by saying racist, antisemitic and xenophobia rhetoric towards the American people who he is elected to represent! This man is only concerned with his own political and financial interests and the American people aren’t the reason he has sought the office of president again! He has said he wants to be a dictator for a day just to be able to take care of his rivals!

Never in the history of this country has there been any politician who has ever said or done the things this man has done and I’m afraid that many of you will see this election as one where your vote isn’t needed or necessary. However I pray that you honestly reflect upon the division in the American people and understand that under Trump presidency, these things will become reality. I beg you to vote this election as if your life is on the line because it is and now isn’t the time to check out of democratic process! Your vote counts and it’s needed like never before. No matter who you choose but please don’t let yourself and your loved ones down by not exercising your hard earned right to choose your next president!

Trump hates to lose and he wants to be president so that he doesn’t go to jail. He doesn’t care about abortion rights or our children future but you must know have anyone else in mind but himself!
