Huge congratulations to my daughter, Officer Basurto, for officially completing her Field Training Program (FTO) with the San Mateo Police Department and becoming a solo officer!
Watching her work so hard to achieve her goals has been an absolute joy. Following in the family’s footsteps into law enforcement is no small feat, but seeing her step into this noble profession with such grace, dedication, and strength makes us prouder than ever.
