We’re keeping the momentum going! 💬

Join the Prevention Partnership for our upcoming Public Coalition Meeting this Friday, April 17th as we come together to plan and discuss our upcoming Alcohol Awareness Event.

This is a great opportunity for community members, partners, and supporters to get involved, share ideas, and help us make a lasting impact in preventing underage drinking.

Mocktails & Masterpieces with BSU on March 30th was a full house and an even bigger success! 🎨🍹

From the amazing vibes brought by DeeJay Juice 🎶 to the generous support from NSU PD with snacks and beverages, this event truly came together in the best way. We even ran completely out of mocktails, that’s how much everyone loved them!

Thank you to everyone who came out, created, connected, and made the night so memorable. We love seeing our community come together for fun, safe, and substance-free experiences. đź’›

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to Blake's Deli - Thibodaux and Convenience King for partnering with Prevention Partnership during our recent Sticker Shock Campaign.

By allowing our youth to place stickers and signage in your stores, you are helping send a strong and clear message: you do not sell alcohol to minors and do not support purchases made on behalf of minors. Your commitment to responsible retailing and community safety does not go unnoticed.

It is because of community partners like you that we are able to continue spreading awareness and protecting our youth. We truly appreciate your support in making a difference. đź’™

This weekend, Prevention Partnership had the opportunity to partner with Leadersof Our Communities (LOC) for a successful Sticker Shock Campaign right here in our community.

Together, we worked to raise awareness about the dangers of providing alcohol to minors by placing reminder stickers in local stores throughout Thibodaux and Raceland. It was inspiring to see these young leaders step up, engage with local businesses, and take an active role in prevention efforts.

We are incredibly proud of the impact made and grateful for the partnership with LOC in helping spread this important message.

We’re not done yet! Prevention Partnership is currently looking for one more youth group to help us tackle “down the bayou” and continue this work. If your group is interested in making a difference, we would love to connect! 💙
