It is hard to put into words what happens each week at our group because true connection is emergent- it has a life of its own 🙂
For example, last week someone brought their sticker collection so there was a discussion about what they are inspired by and what they love which includes organizing things 🙂
We talked about technology, our energy / attention and autonomy. How important it is to direct our energy towards what is most meaningful for us personally-no matter what that is.
We talked about dating and relationships- what we desire and how it can seem elusive. How to create the type of life we wish on our own terms 🙂 and attract someone to share in this creation.
We played role play games and talked about our favorite video games!!! Who doesn't want to be someone else sometimes?
We slid through space while eating pizza (Wheelies!! and wide open gathering spaces are the best) feeling free and wild 🙂
And through all of this we found connection with each other.
It was authentic and comfortable- natural- not forced. Beautiful and Restorative.
