Join Us Tomorrow Wednesday 7/15

Looking for a space where you can just be yourself? Our Young Adult Social Connection Group (ages 18–mid 30s) is a judgment-free zone where authentic connection happens naturally — no pressure to perform, ever. Even just showing up and observing counts as connection.

Some weeks we talk about dating, energy and autonomy, or what makes us who we are. Other weeks it's video games, sticker collections, Heelys, and always pizza. Whatever shows up, we let it be REAL.

If you're figuring out your multifaceted identity and want people who get YOU, this is your place.

Tonight we will be meeting again for no-pressure, authentic connection. We are welcoming small group (6-10 people) aged 18-25 ish years old. This group has been a wonderful example of beautiful and lasting friendships forming with no pressure to perform. I realize it is difficult to walk into a new group of people. It is hard to take a chance at connection especially if it has not always worked out for you. I can promise that you will be welcomed here with no judgement and a real opportunity to be your truest self with others that are doing that very same thing. What happens from there? We shall see :)

Join us tonight 6/24 for inclusive connection. People wonder what our group is about. Here is the answer :)

The group is currently by people 18 years old up to early 20’s.

I the group is really kind; attendees are all creative in their own ways. The group really focuses on everyone sharing their special interests- many times they are shared interests in a social gathering that feels like going to a friend's house for pizza :) No pressure to conform, to talk if you don’t feel like it or to really “do” anything but just hang out.

I’m happy to help facilitate integration into the group but usually anyone new is such a treat that the regulars just rush on over to say "hi" and welcome them in.

We have many good friendships that have formed in this group naturally- just the way it should be in my opinion :)

If you or someone you care about wishes to attend and wants to share a bit about special interests I can help, I will make sure you feel really comfortable.

I serve pizza, treats and soda.

I bring art supplies and card games. The members of the group bring their special interests which typically includes some form of tech to share their digital creations or group games.

The Neurodiversity Community Center is looking for sponsorship for attendance for 3 more young adults to attend our Young Adult Group each week. This group is growing- YAY!!- and provides true connection and friendship for our community. Anything helps us continue to provide an environment that allows everyone to show up just as they are...and have some FUN connecting with their peers each week :)
