ETSR is looking for additional Tee-Ball/Rookie players for our fall season, running September 12–October 15 with games on Saturdays and some Sundays.

🌧️⚾🥎 Rainy Day? No Problem!

We may not be able to get on the fields today, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get better!

Here are a couple of easy indoor drills your baseball or softball player can work on at home:

🎾 SOCK-BALL SOFT HANDS
Roll up a pair of socks and work on catching with two hands, soft hands, and watching the “ball” all the way in. Make it a challenge—how many clean catches can you make in a row?

🧹 DRY SWINGS
Grab a Wiffle bat, broomstick, or bat if you have a safe space. Take 3 sets of 10 quality swings, focusing on balance, a smooth swing, and finishing under control.

🏠 WANT SOME INFIELD WORK TOO?

We found a great video with 8 easy at-home infield drills that players can work on without needing a full baseball field. Perfect for a rainy day! 👇

That’s why we’ve created the ET Summer Rec Community Dugout — a community marketplace where East Tipp families can buy, sell, trade, or give away new and gently used baseball and softball equipment.
