Our lower divisions for baseball and tball ended their season with kickball, scrimmages and trick or treating around the bases! Parents came together for all teams with candy, treat bags and drinks!

5th–8th Grade | Greater Lafayette Area

Keep playing. Keep improving. Keep building your skills!

SVC is a local recreational volleyball club open to 5th–8th grade athletes in the greater Lafayette area. This program is designed to provide an opportunity to play volleyball throughout the winter off-season, regardless of whether your athlete plays on a school team.

Whether your daughter:

🏐 Made her school team and wants to continue developing her skills
💪 Is interested in trying out for a school team in the future
⭐ Did not make her school team and wants additional opportunities to improve
❤️ Simply loves volleyball and wants to keep playing

CLUB TOURNAMENTS
SVC will participate in a minimum of 4 NCIPL club tournaments throughout the season.

Tournaments will be held on Sundays with NCIPL

Tournament locations will be within approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes of Lafayette

One tournament may be an AAU tournament, which could be a 2-day event (Each team may have the opportunity to attend a larger tournament hosted by AAU)

SEASON DATES
Practices: Sundays only
December 6 – March 21

Practices will begin at 11:00 AM or later and will end no later than 5:00 PM (each level will be given time slots to come for 1.5 hours)

Practice times will depend on coach availability and facility scheduling.

Practice Location:
Southwestern Middle School

CLUB FEE — $175
Full payment is due by November 15th- Registration and payment instructions will be provided in mid-October after registration closes.

YOUR $175 INCLUDES:
-Minimum of 4 tournaments (possibly 5 with an AAU opportunity)
- 1 SVC jersey
- 1 SVC warm-up jacket
- Practice facility rental
- 1.5-hour Sunday practices

AAU MEMBERSHIP INSURANCE
Every player will receive instructions on how to register for their child's AAU Sports membership insurance.

AAU membership/insurance must be completed before the first day of practice (this is approximately $24 per athlete that the family will pay)

More information and registration instructions will be provided.

SVC will also have its own club membership, which you will select when registering your daughter (instructions will be provided)

After years of meetings, planning and manual labor- our third field at Mintonye is ready for action! Dugouts are built, bat and bag hangers ar hung, bases are set and outfield fence is installed!
Thank you to our donors and families who have helped with this process! Although it’s not 100% finished- it’s ready for fall!
We hope to have lights, sideline fencing and bleachers for the start of spring!
