A big thank you to everyone that came out to the ride yesterday. We had 63 machines this year, which was a little lower than normal, but was still a very good turnout.
We had beautiful weather, which made a very nice ride. The ride lasted about 5 1/2 hrs from start to getting back to ERR. It was great to see so many of you come back to eat the food we had prepared, and to stay for drawing of the boards and raffles.
Congratulations to all the winners on all 6 boards, on any of the raffles, both at the bars and the bucket raffles at campground.
To anyone who donated anything for a raffle prize... thank you!! Without raffles, no money would be made. So without your help, we wouldn't be able to do what we do. To all of you who came to the ride and participated, thank you !!
To all of our helpers, thank you so much!! From setting up, helping at registering, selling tickets, both raffle and 50/50s, stretch raffles, boards, to flags and shotglasses!! Also, to our runners during raffles, tear down of tables, and clean up. To anyone that brought a dish to pass, thank you!! We had alot stay to eat this year, so every dish was very much appreciated!!
Without EVERYONE'S help, from start to finish, this day wouldn't be possible.
Our final numbers were a little lower than previous years, but we still did well.
After all our expenses, we will be able to donate $14,000 which will be split between women with courage, the animal shelter, and the k-9 unit.
So from all of us, thank you all !!
We hope you all come back and join us again next year.
