HAPPY NEW YEAR, WINGMAN.
New year. Same God.
We walk into this year hungry for His presence, trusting Him with every unknown.
We don’t always know the plan, but we know He has one.
He goes before us, and we walk by faith.
And that’s enough. 🤍🕊️

God, we step into this year with open hands and open hearts.
We don’t see every step, but we trust the One who goes before us.
Lead us where You want us. Shape us how You need us.
Let our lives be an offering, our worship be real, and our faith be bold.
We trust You with what’s ahead.
Amen.

Merry Christmas! 🎄 Today we celebrate the birth of our Savior, the Light of the World. Our prayer today is that you feel the overwhelming peace of God, no matter where you are. We are so honored to spend our year sharing this Hope with the men and women in uniform. Wishing you a day filled with joy and the presence of Jesus!

As we celebrate the greatest Gift of all this evening, our hearts are with the men and women in uniform spending their Christmas Eve away from home. Sparrow Songs exists to bring the light of Christ into those lonely spaces, and we can only do that because of your incredible generosity. Air Force trainees, exhausted and far from home and deep in training, still lifting up Holy Forever with everything they have left. 🙏

God is moving in the middle of Basic Training.
And we get to be there every Sunday.

This is Sparrow Songs, a nonprofit ministry serving Lackland BMT for over 10 years. We are not affiliated with the military. We simply show up every Sunday to bring hope, strength, and Jesus to trainees walking through their 7 weeks.

Sundays in the chapel at Lackland BMT aren’t just a break from training. They’re where trainees encounter Jesus, find strength, and carry His presence far beyond graduation. Week after week, we see God move in powerful ways, reminding every trainee that they are never alone. 🕊️✝️
