Hi Everyone,

Hope everyone is enjoying the celebration of our country’s 250th Birthday.

Just a quick reminder of the community’s quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, and ask even outside of those hours everyone be considerate of your neighbors as some work night shifts, and there are some very young children living in our community as well.

Please also be sure to clean up after your celebration if it is outdoors including any debris that may be in the street in front of your house.

Hi Neighbors,

With warmer weather, longer daylight hours, and summer holidays approaching just a reminder quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. We also ask even during the day time to be respectful of your neighbors and to refrain from excessive noise like loud music, barking dogs, and loud revving engines.

With nice weather and spring comes the time to spruce up the home.

We just want to remind everyone if you are making changes to your home like different paint colors, changes in landscaping, fencing, and roofs, an ACC request needs to be completed prior to work being started. This form can be obtained from VIS our HOA management company at 1-800-537-9619.

Without approval any work could result in fines, and extra costs for the homeowner to correct those violations.
