With nice weather and spring comes the time to spruce up the home.

We just want to remind everyone if you are making changes to your home like different paint colors, changes in landscaping, fencing, and roofs, an ACC request needs to be completed prior to work being started. This form can be obtained from VIS our HOA management company at 1-800-537-9619.

Without approval any work could result in fines, and extra costs for the homeowner to correct those violations.

Hi Everyone in the Stoneridge HOA,

VIS the management company for our HOA sent out an E-Blast with incorrect information about fireworks for 4th of July.

1: Stoneridge HOA rules do not prevent homeowners from celebrating with fireworks. 2: Stoneridge is in unincorporated Pierce County that permits fireworks to be discharged from 10:00 am to midnight on the 4th of July.

The board wishes everyone a happy 4th of July, but ask all homeowners celebrate safely and be courteous to your neighbors. We also ask that everyone that does discharge fireworks to be sure to clean up after themselves.

Just a heads up from a concerned neighbor. They just informed us there was a small vehicle full of Hispanic looking individuals knocking on doors potentially looking for houses to break into.

Unfortunately, we were not provided with any other details. Just want to advise caution.

Hi Everyone,

We just got a message from a homeowner that they spotted a pack of coyotes in the neighborhood. Just as a precaution if that is true, be sure you keep an eye on your pets.

Coyotes have been spotted before in the greenbelts that almost surrounds the neighborhood, so we do know they are out there.

This is Corporal Mittens (I didn't name her). She went outside at 0130 Friday 29NOV and hasn't been seen. She's an indoor cat and usually sticks close to home.

She is microchipped, but I think it's registered to her owner (who is overseas).
