🚨 Neighborhood Safety Alert! 🚨

Several neighbors have spotted different homeless individuals lingering in our neighborhood and living in the wooded area behind Sunoco. One neighbor also reported a bike theft from our street — police were notified and did drive by the area.

👀 Please stay alert!
🔒 Lock up bikes, cars & outdoor belongings
📞 Call the police right away if you see suspicious activity

⚠️ ATTENTION RESIDENTS ⚠️

We’ve seen a recent increase in storage and trash can violations 🚫. Items left in driveways, yards, or common areas are NOT allowed and will result in depleting our operational funds to ensure compliance through repeat notice of violations and could lead to further consequences.

Let’s work together to keep our neighborhood clean, safe, and welcoming 🏡✨.
