I have been surfing "sermon videos", and I'm suspicious, that a major part of the Christian message has gone missing.
There is a common message out there, "to come as you are". The gospel song "Just as I am" is biblical correct.
The item I see missing is "repentance".
Lucifer and the demons believe Jesus is real. Just beliving Jesus existing will not save you.
There has to be a "sorrowful regret" for the sins, you have comitted and will commit. You can come as you are, but if there is a "conversion" in your heart, that is you are "born of spirit", there is a change in your desires.
The attitude I see in many video's is "come as you are", and we have love enough to accept you as you are.
A universal acceptance theme and no transformation preached.
Romans 8:6: reveals that “The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.” This verse shows that shifting your focus to the Spirit changes your inner state.
2 Corinthians 5:17: reads “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” This highlights a total life change through faith. And for the third scripture in Romans 12:2: “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”
This explains the process of mental and spiritual change in the life of a true beliver.
Repentance is not being preached.
Under the "leadership" of the Holy Spirit, you will see a progressive change in your life as you conform to the image of Christ Jesus. The bible tells there is a sign, that bears witness to the truth of conversion.
Matthew 7:15-20 NKJV
15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.
16 You will know them by their fruits.
Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles?
17 Even so,every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, norcana bad tree bear good fruit.
19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
*** Not only is this a measure for all those in service to God but every Christian should be bearing good fruit. I will close with this statement, If you are indeed, not of this world, then you should not look, act, or fit into this evil world system. I encourage you for self- examination, and praying for help with the "worldly things" that have slipped your life.
Repentance is an ongoing part of our walk with the Lord, as we will fail, in this mortal body. This isn't just doctrine, but also from my life experiences.
Time to clean up, put on our spirutal wedding clothes, Jesus is coming soon.

If I ask most belivers, What is the benifit of trusting Jesus ? Their answer would be "I'm going to heaven. Not an incorrect answer, just an incomplete one. Hint: I'm going to take us where we spend eternity in this post!
Let's start the journey.
There are Bible stories we are taught. I would like to link them together to give you a view of "Gods plan for humanity" from the concept at creation to the completion, when belivers are "Reigning with King Jesus."
Genesis 1:26-28 in the (NIV) details the creation of mankind in God's image and the "commission" to rule over creation and multiply.
"Image of God" informs us humans, we are made to reflect God's character and likeness on Earth.
Dominion given by God to humans, means having stewardship, responsibility, and care over the animals and the planet.
Subdue the earth is acting as caretakers to manage and develop the Earth's potential to honor the Creator.
As a beliver, you understand the fall of man, surrendering dominion to Lucifer, Jesus coming to earth as "God in the flesh". Living the sinless life to reclaim dominion, paying the sin debt for humanity, and salvation being a gift of God by faith.
The next big event is Jesus coming for His Church. There we are transformed to have an immortal body like Christ.
1 Corinthians 15:53 in the New International Version (NIV) states: "For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality."
2 Corinthians 5:8 KJV
8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. Here Apostle Paul let's us know when we pass, from this earth, to the presence of the Lord waiting for return of Jesus for his Bride where the dead in Christ receive a glorified body like Jesus.
John 14: 1“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God you believe also in me.
2 My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you
I am going there to prepare a place for you?
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.
And when the Rapture takes place:
1 Thess 4: 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Note: "so shall we ever be with the Lord."
Jesus and His bride go from the "sky" to "heaven" for the Judgement Seat of Christ or the Bema Judgment. We are then married to Jesus and adopted into the family of God.
Do not get the "rapture" or the "meeting in the air", confused with the return of Jesus to earth, (Jesus's feet on planet earth again) accompanied the saints and army of heaven.
2 Thessalonians 2:8: informs us the Lord will destroy the lawless one at His coming.
[“And then that wicked one shall be revealed whom the Lord Jesus shall kill with the spirit of his mouth; and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming.”]
In Revelation 19:11-16: Christ returns as a conquering King, riding a white horse to judge and wage war against the armies of evil.
1 John 3:8: Jesus originally appeared to dismantle the work of darkness, a mission fully realized at His return.
What Happens When He Returns?
Defeat of the Antichrist: Christ will conquer hostile world powers and false prophets during the final showdown of the age.
Binding of Satan: Evil influences and the open reign of Satan will be halted and judged.
Renewal of Creation: The judgment of evil clears the way for the ultimate renewal of the world, fulfilling the promise of a new heaven and a new earth.
Revelation 21:1–3: John sees a new heaven and a new earth, with the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God. “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away... And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, ‘Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them.’”

Revelation 22:3–5: The eternal state features the throne of God and the Lamb, where His servants will reign forever. “And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. They shall see His face... And they shall reign forever and ever.”
*** So the most correct answer is "salvation" is to rule and reign with King Jesus in the New Heaven and New Earth. God's throne is on the New Earth, in the New Jerusalem, and we live with Jesus and God in the father's house.
Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah
Glory, Glory, Glory, what a beautiful ending.

A private message yesterday, from a reader ask, for clarification on what it means to test the spirits.
This is beyond just questioning an enity you might encounter, you must include the human agents working on their behalf too. You first check is if the teaching that honors Jesus Christ as God in the flesh. Jesus "being human" was necessary, to have the birthright of dominion (given to Adam by God) and also being devine, to equalize the playing field of the higher enities tempting Jesus.
1 John 4:2 states that any "true spirit" confesses that Jesus Christ was God, yet came in the physical human body.
Agents of God want no praise or worship, therefore any enity lifting thenselfs up, are not from God.
Compare any teaching with with Scripture, this is important. You need to read the Bible regularly, so you know what is true. Hold every new idea or modern message up to the written word of God.
Look at the Fruit, it an identifying factor. Observe the character and lifestyle of the person speaking. This is "evidence", like when a pastor lives in a multi million dollar house, fancy cars while widows in the Church struggling to pay the electric bills are shamed to contribute.
Check if their actions, does it show genuine love, humility, and obedience to God, rather than pride or greed. Another big question is the ministry about the preacher, ministry, or is it about a lost sinner's reconciliation with Holy God through Jesus. Another flag is the ministry, mainly, about making money.
Check the Source of the doctrine or bylaws. Observe if the message appeals to worldly desires or godly truth. Messages from God always align with His character and His word in Scripture.
Pray for Discernment. Ask God for wisdom to see the difference between truth and deception.
Here are some supporting scriptures.
Psalm 119:11 in the Bible.
In the King James Version, it reads: “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee”
Philippians 1:9-11: "And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best.
Romans 12:2: "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."
As I closed yesterday I will repeat:
Therefore, I encourage you to protect your faith, and be led by the "Holy Spirit" to avoid deception. It is time to be the bride without blemishes, as Jesus is coming for His bride soon.

This morning let's explore why we see a world, that makes no sense. I want to remind us, if we are indeed in the end time, this scripture warns of a vast multitude of heavenly host cast to the earth to deceive humans.
Revelation 12:9 notes a future or spiritual expulsion where “the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.”
*** Have you ever considered this could be billions of evil enities, roaming the earth. Have you ever considered they may be "observing you", and if you go to a medium, they whisper "your secrets" to deceive you. It is going to get worse on earth, as the bottomless pit will be opened to torment the world.
Revelation 9:1-2 (NKJV)
“Then the fifth angel sounded: And I saw a star fallen from heaven to the earth. To him was given the key to the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit, and smoke arose out of the pit like the smoke of a great furnace. So the sun and the air were darkened because of the smoke of the pit.”
*** There is a great deception happening today. It is called a "Spirit guide". The new age push that " spirit guides" will help you to discover your truth, instead of teaching God's truth.
We are warned!
1 John 4:1 ESV
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.
*** Along with the false teachings, and under the banner of love, abominations are embraced, not called out. The scripture is clear as to where this road leads.
Galatians 5:19-21
19 Nowthe works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality,
20 idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions,
21 envy, drunkenness, or**es, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God
*** "will not inherit the kingdom of God" needs no explanation. And there is a confirming verse. Revelation 21:8 ESV
But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”
*** At the time of Job, all who died ended up in Abraham's Bosom or in the "sheol section" of the holding place of torment. Jesus emptied Abraham's Bosom when He returned to Heaven. The unsaved still go to sheol while saved go to the presence of God. There are no "dead human spirits" roaming this Earth. Upon death you are escorted to await the resurrection/ judgement.
Job 7:9-10 ESV
As the cloud fades and vanishes, so he who goes down to Sheol does not come up; he returns no more to his house, nor does his place know him anymore.
*** As this scripture states, once again, at death the soul goes down there is no return. We are warned again not to consult anyone who practices divination. This warning has to be serious.
Deuteronomy 18:9-12 ESV
“When you come into the land that the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not learn to follow the abominable practices of those nations. There shall not be found among you anyone who burns his son or his daughter as an offering, anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer or one who inquires of the dead, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord. And because of these abominations the Lord your God is driving them out before you.
*** These are tools of the great deception. A way to lie and people believe, because it seems supernatural. Evil disguises as good, Test every spirit .
2 Corinthians 11:14-15 in the New International Version (NIV) states: “And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants also masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.”
*** God is serious about this. Putting trust in a fortune teller, is not trusting God. Actually it putting a medium between you and God. Personally, I don't read horoscopes, or have any type of reading, the ONLY good spirit on earth you can trust is the "Holy Spirit" to guide you. Without faith to apply the blood of Jesus and wash you clean, and be born of "Spirit" you have no spirutal guidance and are subject to deception.
Therefore, I encourage you to protect your faith, and be led by the "Holy Spirit" to avoid deception. It is time to be the bride without blemishes, as Jesus is coming for His bride soon.

There is a warning found in the Bible called "apostasy". Apostasy is defined as a deliberate repudiation and abandonment of the faith that one has professed.” Rather than a minor disagreement on church practice or a single moral failure, an apostate rejects the core truths they once professed to believe. These core tenets we must protect include:
Identity of Jesus, being both Divine and Human. Denying that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, or the Savior and lived a sinless life as a man.
The gospel message being rejected, invluding the atoning work of Christ and the complete work of the cross and the truth of salvation by faith.
Orthodox christian doctrine being rejected. Renouncing foundational biblical teachings regarding God, grace, and redemption,
The New Testament apostles explicitly warned believers that some individuals would abandon core Christian truths in later times.
Key apostolic warnings for us.
The apostles wrote about departing from the faith (apostasy) to prepare believers to recognize false teachings and spiritual deception.
1 Timothy 4:1: The Apostle Paul tells Timothy that false teachings will lead people away.
“Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons” Any teaching must agree with the Bible, or be rejected.
Acts 20:29-30: Paul warns the Ephesian elders that fierce wolves will come in among them after his departure, speaking perverse things to draw disciples away. Several movements fit this warning. Those teaching prosperity, (for the preacher), and modern day prophets that have new revelations that are not the same gospel of the apostles should be rejected.
2 Peter 2:1-2: The Apostle Peter predicts that false teachers will secretly introduce destructive heresies, causing many to follow their shameful ways. This would include the "inclusive movement" tearing many denominations apart.
Hebrews 3:12: The writer of Hebrews cautions believers to watch out against developing an evil heart of unbelief that turns away from the living God.
We are given a safe guards, that is being led by the Holy Spirit, taking up our cross daily, and studying the word of God. Since multiple apostles warned us, it is worth our time to pay attention to what we are being taught. Those left behind, whose name we blotted out, those who Jesus said I don't know you, are the ones who do not take the warnings seriously.
Be alert, and faithful to the gospel of Jesus Christ, He is coming back soon.

With the passing of Dolly Parton, I was ask about the negative press being released. I haven't thought a lot about it, spent hardly any calories. Dolly was a talented voice and song writer. As for Her religous opinion, it doesn't affect the truth. So my concentration is on the Bible, and what it says. Any voice with a difference, it just additional deception noise. As far as her salvation, that was determined by her faith. All the millions of dollars, she spent doing good, has nothing to do with salvation. Faith and faith alone determines salvation. Now if she had faith, then good works are a reward builder.
Luke 16:15 NIV
15 He said to them,“You are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of others, but God knows your hearts. What people value highly is detestable in God’s sight.
As the scripture points out, it's not outward, it is your heart, that God sees.
Singing gospel songs, even singing them well, also has nothing to salvation. In closing, nothing we believe, nor any thing we say changes Her destination. What we do have control of, is our belief and the words we speak, being a witness to the glory of Jesus. I encourage you not to be caugh up in the noise of conversations that have no spirutal value.
It time for personal self evaluation, and getting ready to exit this earth in the Rapture. Jesus is coming soon.

We serve a living King, The Lord of Lord's, and the Name above all Names.
Jesus is declared worthy to receive "glory and praise' based on His "divine attributes", as his role of Creator, and His sacrificial redemption of humanity. This is outlined in passages like Revelation 5:12 NIV. In a loud voice they were saying:
“Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain,
to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength
and honor and glory and praise!”
The sevenfold qualifications revealed in scripture, attribute seven perfect qualities to Christ that make Him worthy to receive all honor and glory:
Power: He holds ultimate authority and sovereign rule over the universe. (heaven and earth)
Riches: He possesses infinite spiritual wealth and eternal treasures.
Wisdom: He embodies perfect divine knowledge that surpasses human understanding.
Strength: He has limitless authority and power to overcome sin, death, and opposition.
Honor: He is exalted above all creation and deserves highest honor, praise and respect.
Glory: He radiates divine splendor and majesty.
Blessing: He is worthy of unending praise and adoration from every creature.
Jesus also carries "redemptive and creative" Credentials
The Slain Lamb: He willingly died on the cross to pay the penalty for human sin and purchase our forgiveness.
Triumphant Resurrection: He rose from the dead, defeating the power of death and offering eternal life to those who believe.
Creator of All: All things were created by Him and for Him, and by His will they exist.
Colossians 1:16 in the (NIV) reads:
"For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him."
From this verse we find the meaning and context of Jesus as
"The Creator". The "him" in this verse refers to Jesus Christ (the Son). The passage establishes Jesus as the active agent and source of all creation.
The Scope of His dominion, that everything exists because of Him—both the physical world we can see and the spiritual or unseen realm.
Jesus is at the top of the Heavenly Hierarchy. The Bible, mentioning that "thrones, powers, rulers, or authorities" shows that even powerful spiritual beings and earthly governments were made by Him and are subject to Him.
The purpose of everything was made through Him and for Him, meaning the universe exists to bring glory to Christ.
What a magnificent Savior we serve.
The Lamb of God, will come back with all honor and glory to receive his Bride as King of Kings. The signs of endtimes are everywhere. Time to get dressed spiritually as a bride, ready for a wedding. Jesus is coming soon.

From the life of Reverend Jim,
Sometimes circumstances put you in an uncomfortable place. Once again I'm sharing an event in my Christian walk. Last Monday was an infusion day. Family and family friends ask if I could preach a funeral. I agreed. Then Tuesday an opening came up for Friday to put in an infusion port for my Chemotherapy. Saturday morning after the procedure, (friday afternoon), I was sore on the chest and neck from the incisions, and facing a funeral 3 hours away. This is when you pull up a scripture and hang on to it. I was needing something I didn't have to give.
Philippians 4:13 (NIV) reads: "I can do all this through him who gives me strength".
There is a strength within us, that we can draw from. It came through yesterday. By the power of the Holy Spirit I was able to do my service, to God as a Minister. It was faith in that scripture that pulled me through. Once again God was faithful to his word. Honestly, the flesh was saying you can't do this, but faith took me beyound what my flesh can do. As I stood up to deliver the message, I could feel strength enter my body.
I'm sharing this to encourage you, that there may be situations, your body, is saying give in, but you have this same source of inner power to take you through things, to "Victory" beyound your capabilities. Just believe and cling on the the scripture "with promise". I assure you, God is faithful. The core of the message was " Death is temporary, and we are looking for the renunion in the sky day. When the dead in Christ, and the living meet Christ in the air. As much as we face sorrow of a departed one, we will have joy and peace on resurrection day!
Be blessed, be faithful, and use that "inner power" to overcome!

Today let's explore some Bible verses about our relationship with Jesus. The emphasizes is staying close to Him, trusting His love, and walking in daily fellowship.
The top Bible verses on understanding our relationship with Jesus:
John 15:5 – Emphasizes that remaining connected to Jesus is essential for "spiritual strength" and bearing fruit.
Taking up your cross daily comes from Luke 9:23, where Jesus explains that anyone wanting to be His follower must deny themselves, pick up their cross every single day, and follow Him
Revelation 3:20 – Highlights Jesus' desire for a personal, intimate bond by knocking on the door of our lives.
John 15:15 – Reframes the relationship not merely as "servitude", but as a deep friendship. A personal relationship that is founded on shared truth and trust.
James 4:8 – Promises that when we draw near to God in faith, He will reciprocate by drawing near to us.
Because of freewill, we have to make the first step.
We have to be careful not to be taken in by "ritual, or routine". Our walk with Jesus, needs to be refreshed, every morning.
A Church meeting should be an assembly of belivers with the love of Jesus overflowing from their soul. The intent of the original Church, was the assembly of belivers to encourage each other, as they faced an evil, hostile society, as we do face today. The impression I see today, is a search for an experience, as an indivual, not as group of team building as the body of Christ. Those struggling with a trial or attack, need our support, uplifting them, not a group of accusations, as the world provides enough of those.
Scriptures supporting that concept:
Galatians 6:2 — "Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ."
Galatians 6:10 — "Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers."
Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 — "Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up."
*** Just a reminder, Jesus is coming for the body of Christ, a Bride, and we are to be known for our love for each other. I'm encouraging you to share your love for Jesus, with the world, but especially with brothers or sisters in Jesus. Jesus is coming soon, time to get spirutally dressed for a wedding.

Now don't get offended, I just want to throw out a thought, to consider.
There appears to be a trend in the last couple of decades, where the focus has been on just praising God, with the praise team being the focus of the service. What I see missing, is our coming to praise the Lord without first addressing our unworthness.
I get the impression that some, think they can cover their short comings with praise. If you want the one on one relationship, you need to address your failures first. It will surprise you the improved praise and worship, when you have acknowledged the gift of forgiveness, through confession, of both your shortcomings and your faith in forgiveness. Recognizing your unworthness, and God mercy and grace given to you, set the stage for pure worship.
40 to 50 years ago, it was not uncommon to see someone enter the sanitary, to the altar, and "pray through" before the service began. Now days the altars are gone, so is praying for a move of God before a service. I'm encouraging you to take a look at where we came from, and return to the principles that made us a Christian Nation . Here are some scriptures supporting the one on one for forgiveness.
1 John 1:9 — Highlights that confessing sins leads to God's faithful forgiveness and purification.
James 5:16 — Encourages confessing to one another for mutual healing and spiritual support.
Proverbs 28:13 — Emphasizes that confessing and abandoning sins leads to mercy, while hiding them does not.
Psalm 32:5 — Illustrates finding relief and forgiveness through bringing faults directly to God
Jesus is coming for his Bride, and as a Minister, it is my duty to help us focus and prepare, the bride for the return of our Lord.
