Gratitude, Words, and Conscious Awareness
There’s something really powerful about understanding how words matter. In fact, I recall as most of us do, being raised on the same sticks and stones may break our bones, but words may never hurt us theory.
That is no longer true in this age of subtle energy. Words matter and they always have. They carry the vibrational frequency of the intention behind them.
But what is the difference now? That vibration of frequency is carried out through the worldwide web of those subtle energetic frequencies.
Every word spoken, every word thought, is pre-paving a future. Maybe not a future months or years away, but the future within minutes.
After all, you didn’t raise children telling them they were stupid. Think about that. Why did you not tell them that.
If you speak negative words and use foul language, then you are going to attract those negative energies right back to you.
This is the unconscious part of you that you must begin to become aware of. Words matter because energy matters. Awareness of how we use language matters. This isn’t about affirmations or techniques — it’s about understanding how consciousness moves through us and how we choose to work with it.
When I think the word gratitude, I’m appreciative. It’s a feeling, an awareness that lives inside me. But when I speak the word gratitude, that appreciation increases. The moment it’s spoken, it carries vibration. Sound has energy, and by saying it out loud, I’m already amplifying what I was only holding internally.
And then there’s writing. When I write the word gratitude, I’m doing something even more grounding. I’m wrapping that word in solid energy frequency. I’m taking it out of the invisible and giving it form. It’s no longer just a thought or a sound — it becomes physical. It becomes anchored. That’s the part most people don’t realize is happening. A word moves from a mere thought, to applied energy through speaking, and then into physical energy through writing. And that process is what allows it to settle within you.
That’s why writing feels different than just thinking something, and why speaking something out loud feels different than keeping it silent.
As a conscious adult, this level of awareness is what helps maintain the vibe of peace, love, and joy. It’s not accidental. It’s not forced. It comes from recognizing how our thoughts, our words, and our actions interact with energy, and choosing to engage with them intentionally. When you live this way, you’re not just feeling gratitude — you’re embodying it. And honestly, that’s just so beautiful.
Peace, love, and joy always, Anna
