Rural Community Health Fund Advancing health equity through investment and action in Central Texas Launching Spring 2024, St.

David’s Foundation is partnering with the Fayette Community Foundation (FCF) to advance health equity through investment and action in the shared rural service area of Central Texas–Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, and East Williamson County. In March, FCF will roll out the newly formed Rural Community Health Fund, a grassroots program that looks to break down traditional philanthropy and bring resources

to individuals, organizations, and groups who are working to meet critical needs in health and well-being in the shared service area of these four rural counties.
