Still time to sign up for Boot Camp on 4/11:

One dad came in skeptical, then texted his wife halfway through Boot Camp for New Dads to tell her he was actually really enjoying it. By the end, he was recommending it to other new dads.

Another said he really enjoyed it too and described the class as being led in a cool, calm, and collected way.

That kind of feedback means a lot.

The hope with Boot Camp is simple: that dads leave feeling a little more ready, a little more confident, and a little less alone as they step into fatherhood. So when that is what they take away, it is deeply encouraging.

It’s a 3-hour workshop where expecting dads learn:
• How to support mom when emotions are high
• How to avoid getting pushed out (gatekeeping is real)
• What teamwork looks like after baby arrives
• How to calm a crying baby
• What NOT to do when you’re overwhelmed
