Kulea Childcare Villages Support Kulea Villages: https://shorturl.at/loHxP We aim to raise future leaders and to share the love of God with families we help.

Kulea Childcare Villages is helping orphaned and vulnerable children in Kenya and Tanzania to be raised by their families. Kulea operates a Child Sponsorship program and a Maisha Matters program. Child Sponsorship helps children attend school and helps the family get on their feet by establishing a small business. At Maisha Matters we provide free formula milk to babies who lose mom in childbirth, allowing them to remain with a family member. We also help their caregiver start a small business. We believe children have a right to grow up in a family, and we do everything possible to make that happen.

In Tanzania and Kenya, education is government-sponsored, but school still brings expenses many families cannot afford: uniforms, books, supplies, food, transportation, and sometimes boarding.

Kulea's school sponsorships help cover those costs while caregivers develop entrepreneurial skills and start small businesses in their own communities.

During a home visit outside Dar es Salaam, Ben sat with a family under a tree. Before long, people from the neighborhood, especially the children, had gathered around. Nothing about the moment was planned. It was simply a family being visited, children growing curious, and people coming together.
