All God's Creatures - Beaumont All God's Creatures is a 501(c)3 formed in Sept 2003 to promote spay/neuter for the cats of Southeast Texas.

AGC is a limited intake, foster based/home based rescue. AGC networks with shelters/rescues for placement of the vetted cats in their care. We are a non-profit 501(c)3, All God's Creatures founder, Valerie Cooley has established the Tommy Cooley Memorial Spay/Neuter Fund in his memory to promote spay/neuter, the only humane solution to cat overpopulation! All God's Creatures assists the local TNR
