Altrusa International of Anderson County TN Altrusa International of Anderson County, TN was started in 2018 and chartered with 17 member on 9 September 2018. Our group is a part of District Four.

We meet each month on the first Monday at 6 p.m. and are currently meeting at the Bristol Park Apartments in Oak Ridge TN. We welcome visitors to our group so please feel free to drop by. Each year, each District of Altrusa International holds a conference for the members in that area. These events are an opportunity for fun, educational workshops, networking, sharing, skill building, electing lea

dership, and celebrating our accomplishments. Altrusa conferences run through April and May annually. The current schedule is shared below, with links to respective District websites for more information. https://districtfour.altrusa.org/
Every second year, Altrusa International holds a convention for the entire membership, with a similar purpose to District Conference but on a larger scale. Our group is currently not active. If we can get 10 - 15 members we can reapply for membership. Contact Kim Carter Mitchell if you are interested.
