Adair Imagination Library Adair County Imagination Library provides free books for children in Adair County (ages 0 up to 5) at no cost to the family.

Hi! Kim here. When I initially had the idea of bringing Imagination Library to Adair County I had a goal of making it five years and we are close to eight years!

All this to say that it’s officially time to pass the torch. I haven’t had the time I would like to dedicate to this program and that’s okay because I’m sure there is someone that does!

This is a volunteer position and we do have a board that would approve a new director.

We just want to give a quick update:

The last day for donations will be tomorrow, April 24th. We will get pictures of the run and the sponsor shirts!

As of today, we have raised our goal of one month for Imagination Library ($900) and we have raised almost THREE THOUSAND for Tate’s Family!

Imagination library is doing a NO RUN, run! Here’s the deets. You sponsor one of these kids (or all) and they will run for you and 100% of the money goes to charity.

We are splitting the proceeds with the Akin family and their precious Tate. Tate was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma and is currently in treatment.
