As Su***de Prevention Awareness Month comes to a close, our commitment to caring for one another must continue.

A simple conversation, a listening ear, or a reminder that someone matters can make a difference. Check on the people around you—not only when they appear to be struggling, but regularly.

If you or someone you know needs support, call or text 988 to connect with the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Free, confidential help is available 24 hours a day.

You are seen. You are valued. You are not alone. 💜🩵

🤝💜 Building Communities of Care Through Connection 💜🤝

Su***de prevention starts with connection. When we create communities where people feel supported, valued, and cared for, we help build a stronger network of hope.

This Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, let’s remember that we all have a role to play. Check in with a friend, listen without judgment, reach out to someone who may be struggling, and help connect people with the support they need.

Small moments of connection can have a lasting impact. Together, we can build communities of care, strengthen our connections, and grow hope. 🌱💜

💜 Know the Warning Signs. Start the Conversation. 💜

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, and knowing the warning signs can help us recognize when someone may be struggling and connect them with support.

Su***de risk can affect young people and adults, and warning signs may not always look the way we expect. Pay attention to changes in behavior, mood, communication, or daily routines—and don’t be afraid to ask someone how they’re doing.

🫶 Listen. Connect. Support.
Sometimes, being willing to start the conversation can be the first step toward getting someone the help they need.

Let’s continue looking out for one another and building communities where people know they are not alone. 💜

🌱💜 Grow Connection. Grow Hope. 💜🌱

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, a time to remind one another that connection can be a powerful source of hope.

Strong relationships, meaningful conversations, and knowing where to turn for support can make a difference—especially when someone is going through a difficult season.

This month, Align9 is encouraging our communities to:
🌱 Check in on the people around you
💬 Start conversations about mental health
🤝 Strengthen connections within our communities
💜 Share hope and support
📚 Learn the warning signs and available resources

You never know how much a simple “How are you really doing?” can mean to someone.

Together, we can grow connection. Together, we can grow hope. 🌱💜
