We’re proud to share that Tim Burchett [R-TN-2] has agreed to co-sponsor H.R. 2526, the Bus Parity and Clarity Act!

On behalf of the Tennessee Motor Coach Association, we extend our sincere thanks for your continued support of the motorcoach industry and for recognizing the importance of fair, consistent regulations for our operators.

H.R. 2526, cited as the “Bus Parity and Clarity Act,” is designed to bring greater clarity and balance to federal regulations impacting the motorcoach industry, helping ensure that private operators are treated fairly, preserving long-standing charter service protections, and creating a more level playing field across all modes of passenger transportation.

Your leadership helps protect small businesses, support jobs, and ensure motorcoach companies can continue to deliver safe, reliable, and essential transportation services across Tennessee and beyond.
