RAINBOW FESTIVAL 2025 June 28, 2025 Johnson City Tennessee. Pavilion at Founders Park. 10:00 a.m. To 6:00 p.m. The Community Center of the Tri-Cities will be hosting our 4th Annual Rainbow Festival this year to celebrate Pride Month in Johnson City, TN.

Minimum $1.00 donation for entry, free for kids 12 & under.

RETRO REWIND PROM: May 4th 2024. Was your high school prom not exactly ideal? Did you even go? What if you had a chance to do it over again - this time your way?

Blount Pride is giving you that chance at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at The Bird & The Book! 1509 East Broadway Avenue Maryville Tennessee. Our theme for the evening is Retro Rewind, whichever era means Retro to you. We'll see you in your finest prom duds, in retro costume, or just come as you are!

We'll have music, dancing, photo ops, and even voting for two Do-Over Prom Regents. You can purchase delicious food and beverage from The Bird and the Book.

Cost is $15 per person, cash, Square or Venmo at the door. *No early sales. This event is 18+.

UNHOUSED IN-PERSON SURVEY: Thursday, January 25th, 2024 the Knoxville-Knox County Homeless Coalition is going to be doing a PIT survey, which means point in time count survey.They will be visiting different areas around Knoxville looking for individuals who stayed outside the night before. The survey will take about 10 minutes.

The survey will help the Knoxville - Knox county homeless coalition advocate for more funding for life-saving resources, especially housing.

MURFREESBORO TENNESSEE PRIDE: BOROPRIDE is today October 28th from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tennessee Miller Coliseum 304 W. Thompson Lane Murfreesboro Tennessee.

Admission is free to the event celebrating the lgbtq+ community.

There will be a main stage with live entertainment, games, community Information tables, vendors, your favorite food trucks and more.

On the main stage,

2:30 to 3:00 p.m. Pet costume contest
3:30 to 4:00 p.m. Q***r agenda
4:30 to 5:00 p.m. Flummox genre-fluid metal,
5:30 to 6:15 Fame and Fiction q***r blending of rock, pop, jazz, and Blues 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. Volk Cowpunk Glam Rock

In the Miller Club between bands will be Roque Marcelo, pianist and vocalist

Knox Parents of Trans and Nonbinary Youth Group Knoxville TN announced October 19th 2023 that due to a very generous Grant and collaboration with Knox Pride they are able to offer two lgbtq plus themed groups for free.

Parent/caregivers of trans and non-binary Youth free support group is a space to build support and community. Learn more about supporting your child, discuss parenting successes/challenges. LGBTQIA+ Teens Group. Our Focus is a safe space to be yourself plus find and give support. Listen and share or don't. Topics are chosen by and for the group. If interested contact Byrnn and Caroline at [email protected] or call 865-974-2161

CHATTANOOGA PRIDE FESTIVAL 2023: Chattanooga Tennessee's pride festival has been a week long series of events. The grand finale of these will be the Rainbow R***e on Saturday October 7th and the Pride Parade and Family/ Vendor Market on Sunday October 8th.

The Rainbow R***e Act 1 and Act 2 will be at the Chattanooga Convention Center. Doors open at 6:00 p.m, Act 1 is 7:00 p.m. Act 2 is at 9:00 p.m. There are opportunities for Meet & Greet and VIP tickets. Admission starts at $10. Please visit the ticket link below for more information.

On Sunday October 8th there will be a Parade and Vendor/Family Market. The parade will start on October 8th at 11:00 a.m. The parade will head down 4th Street and turn right onto Market Street at Hair of The Dog Pub. It will then take a left onto West Aquarium Way and conclude. Please see the map for the parade route in the social media post from Chattanooga Pride/Tennessee Valley Pride

The vendor market will be at the Chattanooga Convention center. It will open at 1:00 p.m. and conclude at 6:00 p.m. There are 85 vendors in the market. Enjoy live entertainment beginning at 2:00 p.m.

MAMA BEARS DOCUMENTARY!

PBS is featuring the Mama Bears Doc as part of their Pride content collection this month

Mama Bears Documentary will premiere on Independent Lens | PBS June 20th and will be streaming on their platform for 30 days.

Mama Bears is a feature-length documentary that explores how the lives of conservative, Christian mothers are transformed when they decide to wholeheartedly affirm and celebrate their LGBTQ children. ❤️
