An old friend of ours is now in hospice and his brother who lives out of town trying to find a good home for his 9 year old sweet dog named sam. If you know anyone who might want him you can contact Bob S at 859-940-4505 He is beautiful dog and sweet.

After a quick visit to Dr Tommy Spears Crestview Dental (thx for chip fix) scouted out hike Im leading next Friday (11/3) for Legacy Parks Foundation and the Mountain Commerce Challenge. Not too late to sign up www.legacyparks.org. Thx Carol Dyer Osborne and Jerry O for helping!

Here is a Mountain Commerce Challenge Tip for summer time exercise. Hydration, fuel, sun screen all imp. And to sign up for monthly Mountain commerce challenge events go to www.legacyparks.org 75 miles before mid Dec is the goal. And we will have t shirts and prizes to give out at the end of year party!!
