We are almost 1,500 strong! Let's see if we can make it to 10k members.

If you are sick and tired of the Governor deciding what's best for you and your business, then you came to the right place. The purpose of this group is to make our voices heard & show the Governor that we will no longer take his business crushing executive orders laying down.

Over the course of the next few weeks, we will look to:

(1) Expand our network - strength lies in numbers

(2) Develop a list of actionable solutions that will allow small businesses to stay open

(3) Coordinate a date to exercise our 1st Amendment right in Albany, so we can be heard

At the end of the day, Governor Cuomo needs to be reminded that he works for us, and not the other way around

Hi Everyone, just passing along some information for an upcoming protest in Albany. On Monday, August 3 a group of people will be gathering at Academy Park in Albany at 10am to voice their displeasure with Cuomo's ongoing response to the pandemic.

We are still working on confirming a date/time for the small business protest and will keep everyone posted on any new developments.

We are NY F.E.D.U.P (Free Entrepreneurs Demanding Unequivocal Progress), a non-partisan group looking to advocate for the rights of small business owners in NY. The COVID-19 pandemic has devastated many entrepreneurs across the country, and nowhere has this been more true than in NY. Our organization is looking to mobilize small business owners across the state and give them a voice in Albany. As we are on the precipice of another statewide shutdown, we need to ensure that Governor Cuomo understands the impact his decisions have on small business owners. With this in mind, we plan to exercise our 1st Amendment right in Albany over the coming month to make sure the Governor hears us. Small business owners are the backbone of this state, and we have been taken advantage of for far too long. We will not tolerate anymore edicts from the Governor that will ultimately force many of us to close or go bankrupt. Now is the time to finally stand up and tell the Governor enough is enough!
