Attention KYFL Families!
Your athletes are about to take the field at Allegiant Stadium a once-in-a-lifetime experience! We’re thrilled to have our athletes participate in an unforgettable day of football, teamwork, and memories.
The following is everything you need to know arrival times, parking, seating, waivers, stadium policies, and more.
🏈Event Essentials
Arrival Time: Arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled game time.
Warm-Ups: Begin 30–40 minutes before game time on the sidelines.
Game Length: Each time slot is 50 minutes of continuous play.
🏈Parking & Entry
Parking Lots:
Primary: Karma Lot A
Overflow: Lot B
Parking Fee: $30 per vehicle (purchase via your Playbook spectator link).
Parking Pass:
Once purchased, Playbook will send your pass.
You may print it for your dashboard or show it on your phone upon arrival.
No Tailgating: Alcohol, grilling, or tables are strictly prohibited.
Gate Entry:
Use the West VIP Entrance.
Check-in required for all athletes, coaches, cheerleaders, and spectators.
Check in under the full first + last name used on the order.
Arrive at least 45 minutes early to avoid delays.
Gates open at 8:00 AM — 30 minutes before the first game.
🏈Bag Policy
All guests will go through a security screening upon entry. While there is no official “game day” bag policy, please follow these guidelines:
✅ Allowed:
Umbrellas, blankets, water bottles
Small purses or lunchboxes
Gym/duffle bags
Strollers
🚫 Not Allowed:
Camera equipment (including tripods or detachable lenses over 6")
Drones
Lawn chairs, coolers
Alcohol, drugs, smoking/vaping devices
Weapons of any kind
Note: No large bags or professional cameras allowed. Please review the prohibited items policy carefully to prevent delays.
🏈Concessions / Food Policy
Concession stands will be OPEN inside the Twitch Lounge. Operated by Allegiant Stadium staff.
Close at 8:30 PM (30 minutes before the event ends).
No outside food or drinks allowed.
Water stations will be provided for teams and players around the field.
Only soft-sided refillable bottles (like Gatorade squeeze bottles) are permitted.
No Stanley cups, thermoses, or hard-sided bottles.
🏈Check-In Process (Step-by-Step)
Park in Karma Lot A.
Enter through the West VIP Entrance.
Check in under your last name at the Playbook Check-in Desk. Players, coaches, and cheerleaders then go to the Waiver Desk to complete their waiver.
Once the waiver is signed, participants will receive an Allegiant Stadium wristband and proceed through security. Spectators do not need a waiver and may go straight to security and into the stadium.
Proceed to Seating:
Seating for teams and families is in Sections C132 – C136. Teams should sit together until 30–40 minutes before game time, when staff will es**rt them to the field for warm-ups.
🏈Supporter Passes
All spectator passes must be purchased through your team’s unique Playbook link. (which is on flyer with this post) This is the only official place to buy passes for the event.
Pricing:
Advance Purchase: Standard rate - 29.95
Day-Of Purchase: +$5 convenience fee
Children 3 & under: Free (no pass required)
Players & Coaches: Free (no pass required)
🏈Seating & Accessibility
Seating for KYFL families is in Sections C132 – C136 of the lower bowl. Please remain within these designated sections families are not permitted to move outside the Playbook event areas. ADA seating is available at all venues upon request.
🏈Game Day Apparel & Photo Packages
Photo Packages
Professional photographers will capture team photos, action shots, and candid moments.
Packages can be purchased via your team’s registration link. Photos will be available ~14 days after the event at:
playbook.pixieset.com
Families who purchase will receive an email with a coupon code to redeem their photos.
🏈Event Apparel
Limited-edition Playbook gear will be available for purchase through your team’s link. Orders typically ship within 2 weeks of purchase.
