Liberty PELS 2026 is a few days away. Our committee has worked hard to bring a fun, inspiring and informative few days of learning for the Presidents Elect and Assistant Governors of Rotary District 7390 Rotary District 7430 Rotary District 7450 and Rotary District 7505.

To enrich your Liberty PELS experience, we have Zone 32 Rotary Membership Coordinator Cindie Kish, and Zone 32 Public Image Coordinator Amy Sheller joining us as plenary speakers. Additionally, we are pleased to have Rotary International Trustee / Director-Elect Marty Peak Helman, who will be our Keynote Speaker Friday evening as well as Kat Koppett, who will energize our leaders at our Saturday Lunch session.

Our two days together will take "Fans First" approach focusing on the Rotary Action Plan.
Our distinguished speakers as well as a number of other presenters and facilitators will educate, share, entertain, and enrich your experience.

We are looking forward to bringing everyone together to help Create Lasting Impact.

Today we closed our the 2025 MA - PETS Come Learn With Us with our final keynote speaker and culmination of of our theme. We were so thankful to have Coach John Brubaker, author of The Lasso Way, to wrap up our learning. Session hosted by DGE Mary 'MB' Brunski.

At the end of our event, we were excited to announce a new and exciting change coming for next year - Mid-Atlantic PETS will be transformed and rebranded to Liberty PELS. PELS stands for Presidents-Elect Learning Seminar, and aligns us with Rotary's transition from training to learning.

Congratulations DGEs on a successful learning seminar. Thank you to our speakers, facilitators, and staff for an excellent 2 days. Presidents-elect - we wish you a successful year leading your clubs. Remember, change is good and never easy.

We closed out a great day of learning at MAPETS. Tonight we had the inbound and outbound exchange students from District 7430 with their parade of flags followed by a presentation from PRID / PRFT Julia Phelps.

We closed out the evening at our hospitality suite and Rotarian Marv from the Rotary Club of Swarthmore PA for tickling the ivories for our listening pleasure.
