Be Great On Purpose, B.G.O.P. We encourage our teens that no matter where they are and what they are doing to intentionally do it to their greatest ability at that moment. Inspiring our teens to just start and be courageous through the process of learning. First attempt in Learning, F.A.I.L. or letting them know “you don’t have to be great to start, however you do have to start to be great”. Paradigm (Par-a-dime) shift means “a change in thinking and/or how we mentally process things” for example Impossible = I am Possible. If every time you see or hear the word “Impossible” you process it as “I’m possible” then we start believing what the word is telling us. Everything is possible, once we learn the process to achieving it. ImPossible is a 501c(3) Teen Center that serves the teens of Harker Heights, Ft. Hood and Killeen, Texas since 2016. Our teen center is a supervised environment where teens can express and explore their interest, with the guidance of mentors. Personal Growth, Entrepreneurship, and Sports are the foundation of ImPossible. Through entrepreneurship and sports teens learn the importance of working as a team, creative problem solving and holding themselves and each other accountable. Giving them a skillset, they can use in all levels and endeavors in life. Teens receive training classes on jobs creation and 21century jobs such as; coding, e-commerce, website building, S.T.E.M etc...
