Killeen Showstoppaz Basketball Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) basketball organization

The Killeen Showstoppaz is a youth basketball program focused on instilling and promoting sportsmanship and citizenship within the members of our organization.

Although we love being on the court, we realize that all kids will not have the opportunity to play college basketball, but all kids can have an opportunity to get a college education. We stress the importance of education, having and maintaining high moral standards, community service, individual accountability as well as teamwork. By instilling these values, we believe we can help our members become well rounded not just at home but in any situation that they might find themselves; which in turn will help them achieve any goals they set their mind on.

General information

Our program is made up of volunteers, both military and civilian, who love working with kids with the hope of bettering not just their individual child, but any and all children in or out of our organization. We are dedicated, morally driven, and know that it takes a village; and thats why we promote a family atmosphere. Our motto "The more we're ON the court, less chances of being IN the court" says it all.
