Outer Banks Woman's Club The Outer Banks Woman’s Club (OBWC) is a vibrant community of more than 80 passionate women living the volunteer spirit.

Founded in 1971, the club has been a driving force behind countless community initiatives. The Outer Banks Woman's Club (OBWC) is a member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs of North Carolina (GFWC-NC) serving under the International General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC). This Facebook account was created in October 2011 as an avenue for sharing club news with members and the community.
