Hey everyone,
We’re excited to welcome you to CHILL FEST 2026. This weekend is about stepping away from the noise and stepping into connection, community, and recovery.
Below are all the details you’ll need to be prepared and ready for the weekend.
📍 Location
Echo Hill Ranch
965 Echo Hill Road
Medina, TX 78055
Directions:
Once you get close, follow signs for Echo Hill Ranch. Cell service may be limited, so we recommend saving directions ahead of time.
📅 Dates & Arrival
April 10th–12th
Arrival Window: Friday between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Upon arrival, there will be team members directing parking and guiding you to the check-in area. At check-in, you will be assigned a team and cabin.
🛏️ Lodging Info
Cabins are rustic camp-style with indoor plumbing.
Think simple, comfortable, and community-oriented.
🎒 What to Bring
Please come prepared with:
Pillow & sleeping bag (or bedding)
Bath towel & hygiene items
Camp wear / comfortable clothing
Swimwear
Athletic clothes & shoes (for sports & activities)
Hiking shoes
Rain gear (umbrella, raincoat, or poncho)
Flashlight (for walking around at night / hiking)
Reusable water bottle (optional)
🍽️ Food & Drinks
Meals and drinks will be provided throughout the weekend.
If you have specific dietary restrictions, please bring any additional food or drinks you may need.
We will all take part in helping prepare and clean up—this is part of building the experience together.
🔥 What to Expect
This is a CHILL weekend, but it is also intentional.
You can expect:
Swimming, sports, hiking, and outdoor activities
Meditation, prayer, and reflection
Recovery speakers and meetings
Small group discussions
Music, dancing, and campfire connection
Most importantly:

This weekend is something we build together.
Everyone will be placed into small groups to help:
Prepare meals
Support activities
Keep the space flowing
Nothing heavy—just an opportunity to contribute and connect.

This is a substance-free environment
Children must be accompanied by a parent at all times
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas – absolutely no flicking cigarette butts
V**e and chewing to***co are permitted on the premises
Please be respectful of the ranch—pick up after yourself and help us keep Echo Hill Ranch pristine
