Memorial weekend always kicks off the off All-star softball season. Our All-star teams battled hard all weekend in Riverdale as we do every year. Our girls played their tails off, we had girls hit home runs over the fence, strike girls out, and make great catches. But the real highlight of the weekend for our program comes Monday morning at 630am. Where over the past 5 years we have had the honor of placing flags on the headstones of our veterans. I would like to thank VFW post 8470 Kerman California for giving us the opportunity to help out. Mornings like this are what makes living in a small town amazing!

Big shout out to the 7th grade Kerman Middle School softball team as they took the Central Valley Athletic League Championship yesterday. Big thanks to all the coaches who have help these young ladies get to this point and we cannot wait to see what these girls do at the high School level. Keep working hard girls.

We have All-star Try-outs coming up, if you are playing Rec with us and you want to take the next step this is a great opportunity to get your girls going. Last year both 10u and 8u teams won the central section association tournament and were able to advance to the California state games. If you have any questions feel free to reach out.

Last night Kerman high hosted KGSL night, our future lions got to take the field with the Varsity team. Our girls had an unforgettable time and truly enjoyed every moment. I would like to thank Coach Spencer Samson and the Kerman high softball team for hosting such a special event and honoring coach Margaret Montalvo Aguilar with the first pitch. Nights like these are what makes living and coaching in a small town so special.
