We are incredibly grateful to Big Hearts Small Business for hosting their first-ever Kids Helping Kids Day of Giving Back and choosing to support 1HOPE, our foster families, and vulnerable children in our community.

One of the most beautiful things about this event was seeing children learn that they don't have to wait until they're adults to make a difference. Through acts of service, generosity, and kindness, these young leaders demonstrated the power of helping others and showed what it means to care for children and families who need support.

At 1HOPE, we believe that every child deserves to feel loved, valued, and supported. Because of the efforts of Small Business, BIG Hearts and everyone who participated, more foster families will experience encouragement, more vulnerable children will receive care, and our community will continue to grow stronger together.

Thank you to Small business, BIG Hearts the children, families, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this event such a success. Together, we are raising up a generation of compassionate leaders who understand the importance of serving others.

Kids Helping Kids - May 2026

A day of giving back! We came together to prep care packages for Faith, Hope & Love - supporting children in crisis and 1HOPE.Community. We also made blankets for The Penny's Purpose NFP.

💙 Kids Helping Kids 💙

This past weekend, sbBH hosted our first Kids Helping Kids Day of Giving Back… a special opportunity for our members, their children, family, and friends to come together and make a difference in our community.

One of the most important parts of our mission is teaching the next generation that giving back doesn’t have to wait until you’re an adult. When children are given the opportunity to serve others, they learn empathy, kindness, gratitude, and the power of helping those around them. ❤️

Watching these kids work together was so inspiring, and see the impact they can make was a reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can create a ripple effect throughout our community.

We believe today’s helpers become tomorrow’s leaders.⭐️

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this day so meaningful. We can’t wait for our next Kids Helping Kids Day of Giving Back and look forward to growing this program even more in the future.

Today is Oliver’s birthday and we can’t let the day end without celebrating him. Oliver and his team at Realistic Builders are constantly giving back to the community in different ways and we are so lucky to have him on our team.

We’re excited to welcome Tony to Small Business Big Hearts team!

Tony is a professional workshop facilitator with a background in team building and strategic conversations, helping groups navigate complex challenges through collaboration, communication, and leadership development. His passion for guiding teams and creating meaningful group experiences makes him an incredible addition to sbBH!

Tony shared that one of the reasons he’s involved with sbBH is his experience working with school groups and student leaders. Through hands-on activities and leadership development, he’s seen firsthand the creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making skills students bring to the table... and the impact those experiences can have on their future success.

When he’s not helping teams grow, you can probably find him enjoying a coffee from Anna's on the Lake - one of his favorite local spots thanks to its cozy atmosphere and perfect location near the lake and local shops ☕️

We’re so excited to have Tony as part of the team and can’t wait for the impact he’ll help create in our community! 🤩
