🩷Girl Power Doesn’t Always Wear A Bow. Sometimes It Straps On Shoulder Pads, Buckles A Chinstrap, And Rocks A Pink Helmet🩷
Mylee and Tinley wear their pink helmets proudly, and we couldn’t be more proud to have them representing the Gremlins.
Mylee proved last year that size doesn’t determine toughness. Usually one of the smallest players on the field, she established herself as one of the best 11U girls in the nation and showed she can line up and compete with anybody.
Now Tinley is starting her own journey, stepping onto the tackle football field for the first time and proudly wearing pink just like Mylee.
And with the Gremlins, every girl who registers for tackle football gets the choice: rock the traditional Gremlins helmet or proudly strap on a pink one. We want our girls to have the opportunity to represent themselves exactly how they want when they step onto that field.
Some people say the pink helmet puts a target on their backs.
They have embraced that target from day one. These girls aren’t trying to blend in. They’re proud to be girls playing the game they love. They’re tough, fearless, competitive, and they belong on that field just as much as anyone else.
Mylee is showing Tinley what’s possible. Tinley is showing the next little girl that she can do it too.
More girls playing football. More girls believing they belong. More girls refusing to let anyone tell them what sports they can or can’t play.
