Hello everyone! Thank you for joining us, reading about Gogirlfoundation!
A small request if you have some extra $. Shoes & sandles are always needed in Africa to prevent the children from getting a worm or parasite in their feet. There is a medicane that can be put on their feet that draws them out but it is somewhat painful I've heard.

$3 will buy a pair of sandles/crocks over there. Children will walk an hour sometimes to the Foundation for learning, love & food. Slips on's like these or other light weight sandals /shoes are great too if you are getting rid of and live close to me.

Teen girls in rural areas of Musaka have very little educational background. With this can come poverty & violence. Gogirlfoundation Uganda are empowering girls with knowledge and skills to transform their lives for their future and become economically independent through Vocational training. Most girls are 13-16 when they come into the Vocational program.,

Would you like to be a part of helping? Material, thread, sewing machines fixed and sewing machines. These sewing machines have been refurbished but belts and needles break. A table to cut the material out would be nice instead of the sidewalk. Only 1 machine has a zigzag and most are treadle machines. Material runs $2-3 yd. A light fixture/wiring added would be wonderful for their class room :). Let me know you'd like to Sponsor a girl, help with supplies or volunteer to teach :). Thank you ! 🥰
